Trial, free, and paid plans

Roastr has a free trial, a free tier, and paid plans for different kinds of coffee people. Here is how they fit together.

The free trial

Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. You can cancel any time during the trial. The trial is the best way to try roasting tools, sharing, and team features before deciding.

The free tier

After the trial, there is a free Coffee Lover tier so you can keep logging brews and tracking coffees without paying. It covers the core Coffee Lover experience at no cost.

The paid plans

Paid plans add more capability as your needs grow:

• Coffee Lover — for tracking the coffees you buy and the brews you make.
• Individual Roaster — everything in Coffee Lover, plus roasting profiles and recipes.
• Commercial Roaster — full commercial features, including multiple locations, a team, and advanced analytics.

What cancelling does

Your data is yours. If you cancel a paid subscription, your account stays — it returns to the free Coffee Lover tier and your logged coffees and brews are kept. You can upgrade again any time.

Tips

• Upgrade from a trial early if you know you want a paid plan — you keep all the data you logged during the trial.
