Phase 0 — Honesty pass complete
Cleaned up the marketing surface so every claim traces to shipped code. Unified tier names across pricing pages, surfaced deferred features with explicit "Coming Phase X" roadmap badges, added /about, /contact, /changelog, and a real sitemap.
- Renamed /unfinished-roasters-page → /roasters; 301 in place for the old slug.
- Single source of truth for tier display names (Coffee Lover / Coffee Lover Pro / Individual Roaster / Commercial Roaster).
- Removed fabricated stats ("89% reduction in profile variance", "2,500+ Active Roasters", etc.).
- New <RoadmapBadge /> flags deferred features (Cupping, Defect Tracking, Scheduling, Capacity Planning, Cost Analysis) with their target phase.
- Consolidated /login, /log-in, /register, /signup → 301 redirects to canonical /sign-in and /sign-up.
- New /about, /contact, /changelog pages and a real sitemap.xml + robots.txt.
- Lighthouse baseline committed for Phase 1 performance work.
