About Roastr

Roastr is a small operation building roastery operations software for SMB specialty coffee roasters. We're trying to build the tool we wish existed: modern, honest, priced for shops that shouldn't have to pay enterprise rates.

What we believe

Roastery software shouldn't tax you for being successful. Volume-based pricing models punish growth. We charge a flat per-location, per-user rate so your bill rises with your team — not your output.

Marketing claims should match shipped code. Every feature you see described on this site works today, or carries a "Coming Phase X" badge. We don't sell vapor.

The connection from a bag of coffee back to the roaster who roasted it should be a first-class workflow. That's what our QR-on-bag → public taste profile bridge is for, and it's what makes Roastr different from every other roastery-ops tool in the category.

Who builds Roastr

Roastr is built and operated by a small, founder-led team. We're based in the United States and work directly with the roasters who use the platform — every feature on the roadmap starts from a real conversation with a real customer.
