Roastr is a small team and we answer email ourselves. There are two ways to get in touch, and both reach the same inbox.
Email us
For anything — questions, bug reports, feature requests, sales, or partnerships — email us at hello@roastr.tech. You can also use the Contact page, which links straight to that address.
Use the in-app support form
If you are already signed in, the fastest way is the in-app support form. Open Support → Suggestions & Bugs and submit your request there. It routes to the same inbox and automatically includes your account context, which helps us help you faster. You can also follow up on requests you have submitted from that same area.
What to include in a request
The more we know, the quicker we can help. Try to include:
- What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
- The page or feature involved — a link or the section name.
- Steps to reproduce the problem, if it is a bug.
- Screenshots if something looks wrong.
- Your device and browser, especially if it is a display or layout issue.
Tips
- Reporting a bug from the in-app form is best — it captures account details automatically.
- Feature requests are welcome; tell us the problem you are trying to solve, not just the feature.
